I tell myself that I am stronger than the nicomonster and take myself out of the situation that caused the trigger----and I will admit that that is a very easy thing to say, but a very hard thing to do!!! we should change it from nicomonster to nicomaster..nicotine has and will always control us..since we could be quit for upteen years and just 1 smoke sends us back to the nicomaster. he will always take us back gladly. the nicomaster has made us addicts to him for the rest of our lives.
