It's only been about a week since I quit, but I feel like I'm 16 again (okay, I know, it wasn't that long ago, but still!). I ran four miles with no problem, and I actually enjoy my workouts more. That alone is enough to keep me off smokes for good! I LOVE it!

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
