Wherever you may be in your quit if you've set the date or you are counting hours or maybe days or weeks, the milestones will come just keep your quit!
Nurture and love your quit and the changes in yourself.

Everyday we don't smoke is a milestone in itself.
Today I havn't smoked for 100 days.
My DS friends know first hand it hasn't always been easy & they also know it is easier now.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
