It will pass,I think it is just your subconcious having a go while you sleep. Day 3 the nicotine should be out of your system.Most people have commented on dreams about smoking,only for a while though then it passes.Good luck,don't worry,we are all here for you.You are doing great!!!

Well done Rufoo! My piece of advice is to sign in on the Roll Call list as soon as you can and then sign in daily - it helps to keep you focused every day by being part of a team of quitters! That's what we are here I think.. one big team! :)
