If feels so good to not have to worry about if I have any smokes...I can breathe so much better today....on the down side I can definately tell I live with two cats!!!! They may have to go (not). I just want to encourage everyone that those first few days are HORRIBLE but the following are so worth it. Yes, I am using the patch but I firmly believe the biggest addiction in smoking is the MIND! Staying on the patch for 6 months to a year is so much better than smoking. You get the nicotine, but that's it. None of the other 100+ chemicals and body damaging agents..and you also lose the stigma of being a smoker! Yeah!!! Good luck to all. I will be praying for each and every one of you. Watch the videos and check out the sites that people are suggesting. They can be very effective in giving that little extra push.
