My cravings have gotten better and my Dad who quit ten years ago, says he barely gets them anymore. So no, I don't think you will have to live with this forever, jsut be patient and peace will come, or something else zen-like and inspiring! ;)
Hang in there. It does get better!
I am on Chantix and I still get cravings about once or twice a day but they don't last more than a few minutes.
Deep breathing of: inhale for eight seconds, hold for five seconds and exhale for eight seconds helps me A LOT!!
