I'm seeing a whole lot more new quitters who have joined us looking for help with how to get past the craves. Although there are no real magic bullets to totally kill craves there are a lot of things we can do/have done to make it easier to deal with the crave that goes with nicotine withdrawal. I thought it might be helpful to share the things that worked best for us. I know in my own case that drinking ice water and getting up and moving around, light exercise, short brisk walks etc. were the biggest crave buster for me. Lets share some tips and spare some white knuckles!
