I just had to come over here and post a huge congrats sign to all of us working this issue right now or who have recently gone thru this detox/withdrawal place. One hour at a time, we are doing it!!! I affirm to my body constantly throughout each day "you are becoming healthier, filled w/more life and energy," and will continue to do so every day from now on!!!
