Hi, my name is marcelle and I live in Western Australia. I have now quit smoking for one month and three days. I am very proud of myself, I have been smoking about a packet a day for the last 20 years and I am only 37. I never thought I could do it. The first couple of days were terrible. I was sick in bed with flu like symptoms for four days. By the way I also quit coffee. I think I put my body into shock. I am starting to feel better now but I cannot shake the tired feeling. I no longer really get cravings. Only sometimes!!I guess this will go away with time. I have started taking seaweed tablets and goji berries and I think they are helping a bit. I think the key to this is excercise which seems to keep me awake. I need the excercise anyway cause I put on 2.5kgs in one month. Oh well at least I don't smoke. Good luck to you all!!! you can do it!!!
