to quit smoking. I smoked 49 years and I did it. To be very honest it was easy. Craving was mild lasted a few seconds at a time. It has been 4Months, 2 weeks and 3 days. I feel great.
I really want to quit but don't know if I have the mental courage it takes to do it without help.
The most important thing to a quit is your desire to not smoke must be stronger than your desire to smoke. When that happens you will be quit, no matter how you do it.
