I have quit in the past, the longest I was successful was 6 months. Now again I decided to quit in December and I continue to smoke on and off. I go a week on the patch without smoking and then I just break and I smoke. A lot of times I would buy a pack, have one and throw the pack away. This has been my life with cigarettes since December. I am so tired of this sharade and I really want to be a non-smoker. Something just keeps pulling me back in. I know why I want to quit, Why can't I?
