I have been smoking since I was about 12 years old. I am 36 years young now and I don\'t remember not smoking. I have to change my whole life style (for example) I looked forward to drinking coffee and smoking every morning with my boyfriend. It was like my time to relax before my son woke up for school. Now when I wake up later then I chew a piece of Nicorette gum for a 1/2 hour then have tea and my boyfriend goes to work early. I used to go to the local lounge on Friday\'s after work and have a few beers and I know that if I even smell beer I will want a cigarette. I have tried to quit at least 20 times because I want to be healthy and I know it\'s crazy, but, I like to smoke. My doctor told me that I have the beginning signs of enphazema and I have chronic bronchitis. I know if I just quit smoking I will feel better. Is there anyone (ex smokers or someone who understands)out there that can give me some advice?
