Have a good week end
You're coming up on a month quit and in my experience that is a time of mood swings and lost quits. I don't know what causes it, but pretty much every quitter I've known has experienced it. So, if nothing else, you're in good company and qualify for the "normal" rating. (that's supposed to make you at least smile). :)
Coming here to vent is a good thing. Much better than drowning your sorrows in nicotine, which is what we all used to do. So count that as progress.
If Shell7's idea of screaming into the pillow isn't enough, feel free to beat the crap out of it. That has been known to work for some.
Overall, take the next couple of weeks easy. Slip into the slow lane and relax. The world and the grass will wait. You are way more important than them.
Reward yourself often for a quit well done. Inexpensive rewards work just fine. All they have to do is make you feel good.
Keep up the great quit! :D
I am glad I didn't smoke from agitation because I feel so much better today.
And still a non smoker!!! Again thanks!!
