Yes i have read it and i think it was helpful at the time i just made my quit.
afterwords i was thinking to read it again, cause it really helped me to chenge my way off thinking, BUT it just was a thougth,.
next time i set my date i will read it again and take it more siriuse..

It basically has you focus on all the negative details of smoking until you reach the point you are so disgusted with it you have no choice but to quit.
But there is no book in the world that will teach you how to not smoke. That is up to you. When your desire to not smoke is stronger than your desire to smoke, you will quit. Until then, keep practicing.
