I am on day 4 and struggling like crazy, was going cold turkey and doing fine and then had some N.R.T through an inhalator, it started the cravings up all over again!
You keep up your good work, you are kicking the demons butt!

Have you rewarded yourself for your 6 week accomplishment? Frequent rewards are very important in a quit, especially during the early stages. Those two cigs you had? Those were rewards, although not the best you could have opted for.
Your last sentence reminds me of something a quitter on another board would say:
"Die or quit,
quit or die.
There is only DO,
there is no TRY."
