Have you ever noticed that a lot of people start smoking at such a young age? The youngest I have heard was 7, and it saddened me. How are these habits starting when the human body hasn't had a chance to fully form. Before they turn 18, all kinds of health problems have started. I began at 22, and that was even quite young. At what age did you start? Is your method of quitting working? Hopefully your experience will make people think about their vices more closely.
