I am new to this site and this group. I desperately want to quit smoking and I am so ready but of course I am finding it hard to even begin. I have smoked almost 30 years! I quit once cold turkey for 4 years, went through a nasty divorce and picked up where I had left off. Literally same pack a day. I am now 44 years old, engaged to a non smoker and have chest pains and asthma. Great motivation to quit right? Not so easy as I am sure some of you know. So I am looking forward to "meeting" each of you and jumping right in and I can't wait to celebrate being a non smoker with all of you.
