Ow! I am on day 10!!!! I basically quit cold turkey. I had a couple of pieces of gum the first few days, but figured I just needed to go ahead and cut the cord. So I have been having some major pain. I am a runner, and I have always run, smoking or not. Now after a run I feel awful. My chest, back, arms... all hurt. Is this from quitting? I know the headache thing is higher levels of O2, is this the same thing? Anyone else feel like this? I don't want to stop running, but I don't like this feeling at all. Maybe I just need a little break, give the lungs a rest. But then I might gain weight, ahh!!!! I feel like I just switch from one obsession to another. Anyway, back to pain. Any ideas?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
