Try to not think about anything bad. I tried to only watch happy things on tv.
(in the past being agitated is why I started back).
I remind myself that if I start smoking again I will just want to quit again and will have to do this all over so I am sticking with it.
It DOES get easier.
Think about your daughte rand how happy you are that you have her. Ignore the little things that might upset you. Quitting smoking is more important.
