Somebody here talked about humidifying the room. Does anyone here run a room humidifier instead of/in addition to the machine humidifier? I feel I need more humidity (I'm on 4 but would like more), but when I turn it up higher, the mask slides around half way through the night. I don't have water built up any place, so I can't explain the slipping. I'm in the SW, so the humidity is naturally very low here. Often around 10-15%. My skin is dry, so I know the room is dry. Does it make a difference to have the humidity in the room as opposed to pulling it out of the humidity resevoir? I can't see how it would, but who knows. Also, does anyone find the need to open a window? I sleep with the door shut and I'm concerned I might not be circulating enough O2 in the room.
