My question is,I just got my c-pap, friday.while I am finally getting a good sleep.I am also finding to make it seal right I have to make it so tight it hurts my face.this causes discomfort.I am wearing a small.do I need to go to a smaller size?do they have a smaller size?thanks for your help.

Deb, you may need to go to a different mask. I had to try about 7 or 8 before I finaly found one that fit right. It should definitely not hurt you, if it fits right. There is some air leakage, but my provider told me if it leaks alittle around chin area...that was ok. You do not want it leaking at the bridge of the nose/eye area. Also, when I tried the different masks, they did not charge each time. They only charged for one mask. As to your question about the extra small mask...I think they only have small med and large. Hope this helps. JoAnn

Yes, you need to try different masks to get the right fit. Don't be shy. Find one that works well!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
