Its a bit pricey but aquaphor is suppose to be the number one lotion for dry skin. I use it almost daily on my hands. It is very thick though and looks like vasaline but it really works well. You can also try pure coco butter products. Bag Balm is also a great product and comes in a little square tin. Another product that I have often wondered about is CORN HUSKERS oil/lotion. One of these is bound to work. Just dont use them on your face or you may break out.
In winter my skin gets so dry.
A friend and one doctor recommended vitamin e oil for my surgical scars and dry skin. It works very well and is rather inexpensive.
