This dish is really easy to make and only takes about 45 minutes including prep time.
RP's fresh Fusilli pasta, or linguini
One head organic broccoli, cut into florets
One chicken breast, cute into cubes
Classico Four Cheese sauce
1/4 cup heavy or lite cream
Add garlic to chicken when cooking if you like
Put the Four Cheese sauce into a sauce pan. Pour the cream into the jar and shake well to get all of the sauce out of the jar. Brown the chicken in olive oil on two sides. Add chicken, and broccoli to the sauce. I add a few tablespoons of olive oil from the chicken pan to the sauce. Turn the heat on high to a slight boil, then cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Cook pasta the last 10 minutes of cooking. Pour sauce over the pasta and finish with the Parmesan cheese. Feeds two.
All Classico sauces are gluten free! You can substitute asparagus for the broccoli if you want.
