I feel raped all over again. I know it is my Dr and she is just trying to help me. But how do I make it through these exams. It hurts real bad and it is jsut like when I was abused. It hurt real bad. I feel crazy and well none of my friends would understand if I told them that I was feeling that way. So do any of you feel this way and what do you do to get through it?

The other option is to bring some sort of stuffed animal with you that means a lot to you and hold it, focus on it, while the exam is being done.
Last option is to talk to the drs. nurse and see if she can support you emotionally through the exam by holding your hand and talking to you.

Well thanks. Cocoes
