How am I supposed to know what's healthy and what's not? How to I keep myself safe with my partner? She listens when I say no, but it's hard for me to say that word. Any advice?

Is there another way that you can get the point across? Would substitute word help?

Do you tell her what you would like by setting up the scenario? Or, when you say "no" tell her what you'd like instead in order to keep the flow going. And, as for what's healthy, maybe try imagining what that would be like sometime when you are alone and in a good mental space. Then when you are with your partner you can guide her in the right direction.
