I recently came of mental health drugs and i am having a sexual breakdown. I am flurting around or rather looking at most people sexually regardless of who they are. I will never rape anyone but feel like i can't control my thoughts and where i look. i suppose i would be ok it i didn't have to go out but its getting embarassing. I have always had a habit of looking at people sexually but this is rediculous. I do have a long term partner but i feel out of control any advice. Oh i can't take meds because i am pregant and took them yesterday but am scared i harm the baby. Apart from this i am not so bad. Has anyone been through this and how did they snap out of it. i feel dirty for my thoughts and try my best to distract myself. Its almost like an obsession. I just want it to stop. Confided in my brother but he hasn't been through this. Oh i am 25 weeks pregnant.
PLEASE HELP.
