My biggest issue is with my boyfriend leaving for work... Why do I always seem to push him away from me and take all my anger out on him? Any time I'm angry or upset I let him know and when he tries to help me I push him away and make him feel like shit..... does this have anything to do with my separation anxiety problems or is that something else? And how can I stop myself from doing it?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
To help me with this, I have explained to her about it all, and told her that if I ever become nasty towards her, she shouldn't take it to heart, but not ignore it either. That she should just try and keep me calm, keep reassuring me and talk my worries through with me until I am feeling better in any way.
