Isn't it a great feeling

Isn't it a great feeling when we find someone on here that has a lot of similarities to what we are going through? From this whole site there may only be 1 or 2 people who truly know how you feel when you are going through a difficult time with YOUR situation. There may be a lot of people in a community but there are not that many that have the scope of your problems. Sure, we can identify with 1 or 2 of your problems but to go through day after day what you alone are going through and then to find that one person who really gets it, that makes all the difference. But, the only way to find that one person is to post what you are going through. Without inhibition or fear of someone finding your posts.
I used to worry about what I posted on DS and who might be Googling my page but a thought just came to me that I wanted to share.
Everything I post on here is for the best interest of my grandchildren. I can not let myself worry that someone may find my posts and try to use them against me. My posts will only do the opposite. After all if we are all looking for support that right there tells you we care enough to seek help and or suggestions to ones that may be going through something similar.
This have given me a whole new perspective on writing journal notes. Yes, I guess you could say that someone may try to use it against you someday but think of the many benefits.... including:
Online friends

And the only way we can do this is to post.... So. to all my friends on DS.... happy posting!
