I'm back from the hospital, from Mono...

Hi, I just got home last night from the hospital from Mono... The people there finally understood Autism for once. They had a code-red which the lights flash everywhere even in the rooms and have noises... It went on for like 8 minutes. A couple of the people who weren't going for the code red had to come and cover the lights and my eyes and my ears, etc. as I was totally having a meltdown and flipping out. That was horrific, but they also had my day planned out and actually therapied me throughout the day and did all the right things, as they haven't before because I had sent them my website, that hospital, and the employees I guess read over it. My nurse said they saw this site chat1autism.wetpaint.com and saw the Medical page...whew, they actually know about how to deal with hospitals and Autism and how to react correctly. Then there was this guy who was intoxicated and they had the police there and he was acting strange and screaming like he was schizophrenic but he was just intoxicated and bipolar and like 20 years old and so the nurses stayed in there to distract me because I started to become a mess from that part too. I got my own room and got in it right away. They also did the right things for the medical part too. And gave me relaxation meds but small doses at a time, etc. Finally I feel so happy that I made that website as the hospital knew how to help me, from my own site, lol, and they found out it was mine and thought that was pretty neat. :) LOL... I've graduated to a few noodles in my broth and a little jellow and able to keep some fluids down, etc. I just have to go gradually. So, I'm back! I would like people to pray that I keep getting better. And, they said Valley Fever was back, so re-testing at lab and then going to call house and say if its really positive and back again. We met with a nutritionest, pulmonologist, and other specialists to come up with how to build up my immune system, especially if Valley Fever (the culprit) is back again.
I'm back home and on here a little each day when I'm feeling alright.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
