Hi my oldest son is 13 years old and was diagnosed with Sensory intergration by the neurologist last year. He also has ADHD, and ODD. He also has trouble processing the imput his brain receives and is very concrete in his thinking. Every day is a battle. He has all the services we have available in our area. He has a phychiatrist, is on meds, has counseling, and an IEP at school. I am here looking for support and encouragement. Of all his diagnoses I find that the sensory one is hardest to understand. Any advice on how to help my son, and cope would be greatly appreciated.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
