I never thought anything of my son sleeping on the floor until recently. He was in a toddler bed at a very young age, then graduated as he grew into a twin bunk bed set, and every since he was an infant he always liked sleeping on the floor. Have any of you found your kids sleeping on the floor and not in there beds? On occasion he will sleep in his bed and when he does he's up tight against the wall. Do you think this is related to his sensory issues?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
