i cut myself 50 times today and my bf freaked out cos he said that's too many. dangerous amount. but i've done more than that. is it bad?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
i wouldn't say keep cutting that much but i find it help if i cut loads cuz the first one is really deep and by the end i've lost my strenght so the last cut i don't bleed
Are you serious? Or are you making fun of me? *maybe I'm just paranoid*
If you can't stop cutting compeatly, don't do it as deep, or on your arms! (my mistake. I'm covered now.)
this is supposed to be for people who are having serious emotional issues and have turned to self harm as a copeing method. Im not counting, im not trying to see how many, Im trying to STOP!!
Thats what we are supposed to be doing right? stopping? not counting.. trying for more etc.
Im starting to think that this site is not where someone goes for strength to stop cutting.
