i cut, i know its not good but right now its the only thing that makes sense to me. i dont know any other way to release my frustration and other emotions. i can cry, but what else? i cry to much anyway and i dont like it. any ideas on how to get rid of built up emotions? let out frustration without hurting myself or others, yelling at people? anything i can do thats better than what i do now?????
