I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

Thank you and i think thats why i am posting. i am doing all i can not to. i did though and i am having a hard time wanting to stop. i am really having a hard time right now.
I find free writing helps me a lot... just type everything that comes to my mind... doesn't have to make sense of anything. I just go & go & go in my journal. I come here and talk... people have been very supportive & non-judgemental. I am finding this very helpful. If you see me around, message me. We can chat. I'd love to see you cut free.
