my tip: happy music. when you feel like you're gonna cut, put on a song that brings back good memories or that you just love anyway. only it CAN'T be sad at all, has to be real upbeat. make a mix CD of as many of them as you can think of. when you wanna cut, blast that shit and sing at the top of your lungs. i mean, jam to it like you're a rockstar. get all into it, grab a hairbrush and sing into it, play air guitar, do whatever if you need to. there's no way that you'll be in a bad mood after that. better yet, watch yourself in the mirror while you do it. you'll crack up at how stupid you look.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
