I need some advice on how to fight thoughts with cutting. I have had an extremely hard week and I am seeing a therapist,and honestly haven't cut in about 2 months but I all I can think about is what it felt like and how I didn't have to feel anything. I just am so mixed up with my thoughts, I can't get them straight.....Can anyone help?
