I began cutting again. do any of you do that. stop for a bit and then when life gets to ya. start up again. I began cutting and bring my tool with me at all times. try to do it in a place my husband wont see. when i feel numb i cut. i have to see that i am still alilve.

yeah... i have started again after 2 years free. I bring my tool with me everywhere.... I can definitely relate to you

I started after three years free. I keep my tool with me as well. I have stopped two months ago...but still think about it every day...and wish I could do it except I promised my hubby I wouldn't do anymore. I was cutting my ankles and he saw them one day...now he knows...where do you cut to hide it from your husband Dell?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
