I have a dumb question for the group: Does anyone have a set list of music that you listen to while you injure? I listen to three songs by Placebo on repeat... apparently three song-lengths isn't enough time anymore. I was just curious if anyone else has specific songs that either help them to minimize the damage that they do, or even if you have songs that make you feel better so you don't have to do it at all. This is becoming an everyday thing for me now, and I'm running out of options on how to stop and skin space. I refuse to do my arms now that I've gotten them faded to a certain degree, but the constant urge to make all those old scars reappear is overwhelming lately.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
