I am interested to see how much crossover there is between these two groups and if so how much crossover there is in the conditions. I sometimes self harm to stop myself panicking or I self harm after a particularly bad attack. Does anyone else do similar? Im posting this in the panic attacks community as well so if you see it say hi so I can see the crossover :)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
but i've stopped cutting now
the panic attacks are still there though
It went both ways. I'd panic, then cut, and cut, then panic, and do it all over again.
