Whether you or someone you know or love struggles with self-injury, this is the community to discuss your experience, find support, meet others going through the same, and get advice on how to stop. Working together, we can help find alternative coping skills to reduce the urge to self-harm.
Anyone else out there have an experience to share?
It may work for some people, but not for me. Find what works for you (as long as it's positive) and stick to it.
However sometimes I do that drawing red lines on where ever it is you cut. I like drawing on myself anyway so it kindda helps. And the quick pressure of the tip of the pen can feel like a razor in a way.
