I am new to this support, group, but I really need all the support I can get. A therapist has told me about the possibility of using Revia to help with cravings, both for self-injury and drinking, which have been problems of mine for twenty years. I've tried many psychiatric units, treatment centers, IOPs, and medications. I got some good results from Dialectical Behavior Therapy and from exercise, but I can't find a local DBT class and I'm too depressed and sedated that I can't bring myself to exercise. I read that 77% percent of Revia users in this group got positive results. Can I hear from more of you

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
