About a year and a half ago I burned myself and picked at the blister constantly breaking it open. The skin around the blister became thicker but now it seems like its slowly deflating. I really want to get rid of it now but I basically don't have insurance. Is this something I can get rid of on my own or could a clinic take care of it at a reduced cost? I'm more concerned with the blister going away then with not having a scar later on.
