So I am currently looking for other ways to get shit off my mind. cutting is an option but i want it to be one of the last options. i have tried everything i can think of. i have tried sleeping (works pretty well but when i wake up it all comes back) hitting objects (which isn't much different i still hurt myself), smoking, writing, reading(can never concentrate), listening to music, and probably others that i can't think of right now. I just wondered what everyone else does. talking doesn't work at all. neither does yelling lol.
