Now, you might be asking yourself... "Self, how do I know if this might trigger someone?"
Well, use common sense... starting a thread about how/where you cut, how deep you cut... how horrible your bleeding... might trigger someone! Think about it, when your struggling, what triggers you??
Now, of course this is a SI board so, people will be talking about SI but if you're being graphic or in some other way triggering, just take a few seconds and add a warning!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
i drink, i get emotional, i get nasty, i say mean mean mean things to hurt others so they can hurt as bad as I do... then I feel horrible that i just made someone feel as bad as i doo and whammo...well, you know the rest.
when im alcohol free like now.. im thinking about it, im sad, lonely, depressed..blah blah blah... but lazy. Too lazy to have to clean that mess up so here i sit...
see. and people say lazy people dont accomplish anything.
