My little son is only 8 and he just keeps having injuries. In the past I would have thought he was just a boy but now I wonder, is he doing this? Today after he got back from his dad's he has a bloody scratch on his penis and another on his scrotum. He claims he got it on the playground but there is no mark on his pants and I called his dad, who says he saw the playground accident but does not know how he got the bloody scratch. His Dad Sis, I asked him outright if my son had ever seen his scratches or seen him SI and he said no, he had no scratches. (He has stopped? That would surprise me.) I am wondering if I ought to take him to the ER.
