i have only cut myself 2times when i was younger... this might sound really weird but i have bitten myself and i did yesturday 1time.
In the past i have poked myself with sewing needles. does anyone else do this? so i now what its like i can give and take advise... anyone...

i used to peirce myself.... with safety pins.... and needles all the time. I just i dont know it was something i did. so i can understand that. It was just the feeling of it breaking through the skin...

S.I. comes in many forms...biting, cutting, burning, breaking bones, piercing, all sorts of things for all sorts of reasons. So it's probably not considered "normal" to bite yourself or push pins through your skin to feel the pain, see the blood, or break the skin. Figure out why you do it and you'll probably realize it's an issue. How do you feel about it? Does it feel "wrong" to you?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
