i have a boyfreind, and girlfreind. i love them both, but neither seem to have time for me, and its eating me apart. ugh! i just want to cut soo badly. nothing im trying is working, how do i stop? i just want the pain to stop......please help.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
-Hold an ice cube in your hand, or against your leg, it can be painful and its less damaging than cutting
For Blood
-Get red food colouring or red dye or something red that drips (NOT BLOOD) and use that as a substitute for blood.
Emotional pain is hard to deal with, try to distract yourself in some way, read a book, write a journal, or a story, watch TV and zone out, surf the net, listen to music and scream your anger/pain out, talk to someone about absolutely nothing.
