I want to and I need to and I have to resist the urge to cut. I want to feel a physical pain so the mental pain will dissapear. I like it when i flinch my arm during the day and it hurts...it reminds me that i can take anything...deal with anything...and i will kill him one day.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Oh, the urdge to kill "him" I feel like that so often, I have thoughts, and ideas, and plots, it doesnt end, to much inner hate.
Find something else you can do to channel out the pain: read an inspirational story, paint a picture, beat the crap out of your pillow (yes, that actually works).
I'm new here, but I'm more than willing to talk to anyone who needs a friend.
