i in such a depressed and emotional state that cutting myself doesn't work nomore so my anger builds up n up 4 ages n then it comes out by hurting people :(

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I guess what I'm saying is anger and cutting almost got in the way of me dealing with emotions I needed to deal with.
I felt horrible inside and my response was anger and an urge to cut which would have gotten me no where, I have no idea how I got past them but I did and it really helped.
Maybe the cutting isn't helping because the issues are still there and the temorary relief of cutting just isn't working anymore so now you end up angry, if you are able to control your anger then you may very well cry and vent, that might just be good for you.
