Hi everyone, I wanted to hit myself so much today because of family issues, and usually I would just hit myself because it makes me feel better, but I decided not to even thought the urge was so strong. I thought I would feel upset and have that urge for a long time but I gave it about 20 mins and I feel completly better. I realized that I can feel better by just giving myself time with my feelings instead of stuffing them by SI. I just wanted to share this because I thought I would have those feelings forever unless I hurt myself, but I didnt. Thanks for listening.
